David Housden

David Housden is an award-winning, BAFTA-nominated composer from Suffolk.  David creates immersive and memorable music for visual media.  Graduating with a BA in Music Production and a 1st in Composition, Housden is widely renowned as one of the industry’s most promising young talents.

Delivering sophisticated scores with exceptional production value, in the years since completing his studies he’s worked on a multitude of games including Bossa Studio’s BAFTA award-winning Monstermind, Sony’s Playstation Home for PS3, Mike Bithell’s BAFTA-winning Thomas Was Alone, Jonathan Ross’ first game (narrated by Stephen Fry), and he’s currently in the process of scoring his first feature length film. Housden’s also signed to various international publishers, creating film and television cues for their vast list of clientele including Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, Paramount, Fox, MTV, HBO, ABC and VH1, and is currently in the process of scoring Mike Bithell's sophomore game 'Volume' due for release on PS4 and Vita at the end of the year.
